Default 2005 Blob Clutch MS pipes to single braided hose

I have a 2005 Blod which is only used for sprinting and hillclimbing. Over the winter a bigger turbo was fitted with the result that the Clutch MS pipes are really close to the turbo. On my classic I replaced all the hard lines with a single braided hose. Is this possible on a blob as the MC has 2 takeoffs whilst the classic only had one. I have blanked off the front take off and attached the hose to the side take off, now the pedal is solid and won't move. So, is there a one way valve somewhere in the MC and all I need to do is swop to the front port or is there a bit of drilling that needs to be done to allow a single hose preferably from the side takeoff.
