Default Window auto button, America?

I assume with Americans driving on the left their drivers window auto button is our passenger non auto button.

Is the auto down signal in the button or on the board and could the part be spliced into a uk control unit so that both drivers and passengers windows could go all the way down with one click?

Assume we are talking your JDM Hawk.

All the window switches on the drivers door switch are integrated on to a pcb.
The three other door switches are satellite switches for local operation, so yes the auto open/close function is on the pcb.

UK and JDM RHD drivers buttons are the same 83071FE180
European LHD drivers buttons 83071FE140
US LHD drivers buttons 83071FE130 (appears to bee only auto down)

European LHD

US LHD
