would you believe that the subaru approved 5dr MY001 roof rack is 1/2 an inch too short for my new WRX wagon.

I think there has been some designed in redundancy to sell subaru roof racks!

has any one had any luck getting longer poles [no giggling at the back please] - they only need to be an incy bit longer to fot - the brackets fit the roof rails the same way.

Have you tried contacting Thule ? I was under the impression that the subaru bars were re-badged thule copies.

This lot seem to carry most of the kit ... I came across them some time ago.

 

My Roof bars for my01 are made by Mount Blanc not thule
