I disconnected battery so I could change spark plugs, now battery is reconnected the hazard lights won't shut off unless I lock the car with the key. Can anyone throw some light on what's going on?

Tried searching but no results, a few links online about same problem when disconnecting battery but seems to be for legacys and there American, says about resetting alarm holding a button under the dash but no button under the dash that I can see for a impreza

Immobiliser doesn't work on the car as far as I know as have never had to use it, it's been sat in a draw indoors since I've had the car
