Default Alarm fob 99 uk2000

Just broke part of my alarm fob so I can no longer attach it to my keys. Only going to be a matter of time till lose it.

So can I buy a new one anywhere? Which ones are compatible ?

It's the blue, one button fob with Subaru on the front and has mt 1340 on the back

Small drill through the corner just below where you've probably snapped the tab off. If I can find my spare one I'll snap a photo.

That's a good idea mate I will give it ago.

Probably best to still get a spare though just in case.

I have a couple of fobs which I bought new and had programmed by Subaru for my UK Turbo early last year (car since been broken). They are a similar design albeit smaller - nicer than the original fobs. I can try and dig them out (fingers crossed I can find them!) if anyone is interested. I paid £200 for two plus programming... :/

Might be the old key fob needs to re-program again.
