Yes I agree Gary. Alyn has always helpful every time we have spoken whether I have bought something or not.

 

if we are flat out then you'll probably just get a credit card chitty, but simply ask and we aim to please - have changed the mail order system (approx 10months ago) so 99.9% should get receipts in their parcel

maybe we should stop being so helpful so dont have to cope with the huge workload???

 

I'm usually half way home before I remember lol, you're too well known for being helpful to quite now!
