Question

hi all

Ive got rid of all the orange on my my01 wrx. the only bit left is the orange indicator bulbs in the headlights.

anyone got any clear or silver ones that still indicate in orange???

would be cool

Andy

Philips Silvervision bulbs are silver and flash orange, and are available "from most good outlets" - try Scoobysport or Powerbulbs. However;
  • the orange in the headlamps of the MY01/02 WRX is actually a bulb cover in the headlamp - the bulb itself is a clear one. To remove the cover you need to open up the headlamps.
  • the Philips bulb doesn't fit properly - the mounting lugs are offset and you need to remove one with a file.

Oh

I just called scoobysport telling them what I wanted and they said you could nt remove the orange cover?

so whos right then?
