Spark plugs - How the hell.....

How on earth do yer get the spark plugs out of these babies ? Gotta be a special tool or a finger replacement operation... :-P

Halfords spark plug too and an extension. Remove airbox and washer bottle. Half hour job if you are a mechanical muppet like me.

Just spent half the day battling to get the b'stard coil packs of each of the spark pugs on my 93 WRX!!!

If I hadn't struggled for 20 mins trying to get the coil off each plug then I guess the process would have only taken about half an hour. May have been something to do with the pugs not being changed for a very long time!

Having said that, was definitelly worth the effort, engine now runs more smoothly from cold and sounds better too!!

No special tools required, just a bit of finger dexterity!
