New Clutch Needed But Which One?

As stated above i am pretty certain my clutch is on its way out but if i am going to get a new one i thought about upgrading to maybe an AP.
Does anyone have first hand experiance of fitting an uprated clutch and if so what can expect from it.
Is there a certain make more suited to the scoob.
The car is an STi 5 Type R.
