iv got a v2 rally impreza but having problems with finding the 90° turbo for it so want to modify it to work withthe vf turbos.

Now i have the the v3 intake manifold complete with injectors trottle body tps and the likes. What will i need to do for it to work with my v2 wiring.

 

The versions are not as important as the phase. The phase 1 and phase 2 inlets are easy and don't need any wiring changes. You can't fit a phase 2 manifold to early heads.

The normal route for your scenario is to keep the inlet manifold you have but raise it using spacers to allow enough room for the inlet pipe to run under the manifold and mate with the front entry turbo.
