Default coilpacks on Hawk WRX

Hi all,

I have had a bit of a power increase on my wagon and plan to fit the cooler plugs (NGK ILFR7H) on the next service. Running a VF28 and about 320bhp/350ft/lb torque.
This got me thinking about the coilpacks. I cannot find any receipts that they have ever been changed and the car has done 65k. Would I see any benefit in changing them while doing the plugs?

I have heard about the SureFire coil packs and they claim to be 'uprated' any truth in that? They are a good price after all.

thanks,
