Post a pic of what you have?

(You need to host it on something like photobucket, then post the url into the image on the reply.)

Do yours have the standard bulbs in?

yeh straight swap, mine came with 2 new bulbs as well as the bulbs are dual h1 vs the standard h4 - that's where most of the extra light output comes from.

the halo rings you have to wire in if you want them so mine are unplugged for now. the LED sidelights might go the same way but they dont offend me too much at the minute.

Better bulbs are a good start. People confuse brighter for better, this is not always the case.

its true - i had even tried the new nightbreaker unlimited super mega hyper whatever they call it in my old h4 units but the output just wasn't what I needed. The free bulbs I got with those ebay ones still shines better, clearer and further. Plus the beam cutoff is improved so I'm not blinding people with light being washed all over the shop.

I think the bugs were pretty disadvantaged by the reflector design as well as the single h1 bulb, the UK300 and morette tried to fix it but from the exampls i've seen the ebay ones are still a better choice for driving with.
