Westminster ,Camden etc to offer a Bonus for raching a fixed amount of tickets and pay fines for not reaching a set amount...

Having Very good info from a ex Warden, who told me about "Reg:Number Swapping" etc between wardens and other tricks.. They will have a field day. Issuing tickets when you are at the machine getting a ticket etc.. He Also told me why he left... Was it the attitude of car owners etc?????? NO it was Racism from other wardens.... He's white. He hated the way the other wardens came up with ideas to issue tickets which should not have been issued.

The correct target for a traffic warden is to issue no tickets - in other words nobody parks illegally or dangerously.

As soon as you give them an incentive to nick people, corruption starts big time

Strange that? One wonders why speeding offences are on the up?

Now howz about similar targets for burglary, car-jacking, TWOCing, robbery, muggings, rape, murder...?????

Bank Holiday Monday /Tuesday. Spent Both days in west end... Hardly any cars or people around the oxford street areas tec. No police, Their all down Buckingham Palace etc

BUT WESTMINSTER HAVE GOT LOADS OF WARDENS OUT..... I have never seen so many. At one time there were 11 in Soho square!!!!! Why?????
Its a Bank Holiday, 1/2 the roads are closed and there are so few cars about Steve Wonder could rollerblade down oxford street!!!

But these Wardes where busting a gut to get anyone they could.

Have you noticed that some meteres dont allow for bank holidays etc..

One day I might let out the address of the top guy who runs the Wardens on behalf of Westminster etc...
