2.0 forged engine with gt30 and usual upgrades mainly track toy but still a road car what's people's recommendations please

I'd throw Millers cfs 10 50 nano-drive in to the mix too. Very good stuff. I've also read good things about Royal Purple, in a test it came out as a clear winner. However I don't think it's widely used amongst the Scooby fraternity.
I'd give Alyn @AS Performance a call, few people are better positioned to advise you.

As mentioned above, 10w-50 is ideal as an all rounder for both road and track.
