Oil recommendations on good spec build
I'd throw Millers cfs 10 50 nano-drive in to the mix too. Very good stuff. I've also read good things about Royal Purple, in a test it came out as a clear winner. However I don't think it's widely used amongst the Scooby fraternity.

As mentioned above, 10w-50 is ideal as an all rounder for both road and track.
