What is your preferred transmission fluid for spirited driving, i am just about to have a fluid and filter change and was wondering what peoples recommendations are

Sorry I forgot to add details of car, 2000 JDM WRX (bugeye) 4EAT with tiptronic

 

Hi there

I would use Millers Oils Millermatic ATF SP III or Fuchs Titan 4400,we are run 4EAT with those oils mostly and they should be OK

Last thing which I would suggest to add,get transmission/gearbox cooler,we have used Mocal,just due what killing those boxes is heat and torque
