I know we all love City Link on here, and felt it was such a terrible loss when they folded at Christmas.

There is a documentary on BBC 2 about them tonight, shot in the summer when they where 'rising', lol, its quite funny how they spent a million quid on a new machine, but forgot to hire drivers that didn't lob parcels over the fence.

It was all fun and games till the end when you realise all the poor souls that are owned thousands in wages and recevied no redundancy money.

I only watched the first 20 odd mins

but thought it was quite sad - seemed to be full of committed people who both want too and enjoyed working - for a wage

in actual fact, contrary to popular opinion, like most people do
