Default Bit of a problem, snapped key.

My car key has been snapped, I only have one and the car is locked.

How do I sort this out, my cars stuck at work?

Strange thing is my key has no buttons and I have to use it in the door. It's a 03 bug STi.

TIA

Try giving these guys a call. See what they recommend.

I have absolutely no idea how much they would charge, but if you're desperate they just may be able to help. Plus they have branches based everywhere.
Good luck.

I've actually done this on a different car haha. I can get the actual key cut pretty easy to get into the car I think. I just don't want to be driving round with the immobiliser part strapped round the barrel lol!

Two touch keys for use if the original remote control fails

May not be immobilised. Is there nothing to do when starting. Touch something to something ?

I've got a question. What should my bugeye key look like?

When I got the car, it wasn't a standard key so I haven't got a button for Central locking.

Is it a key with a separate fob or a key with a button?

I want to try and get an original key so I don't scratch my car using the key in the door.

Your bugeye key should have 2 buttons (lock / unlock) and a seperate sigma fob to arm / disarm the alarm & immobilizer.
