Call Subaru. Or get second hand from a breaker or eBay.
Third option is have one made. Or replace with rubber but make sure you are having the right hose that won't allow fumes to fill the cabin. Would also need to make sure the hoes is properly protected from friction/pressure etc.
Or if it's the evap line just delete the system.
