Default Blobeye Wagon Rear Fog Light

Hello All, is it possible to remove the red bit in the drivers side rear cluster where the fog light lives, or do you have to buy a non-UK unit to get rid of it?

I'd suspect a new unit. They are plastic welded.

Thanks, I thought it would be. I'll have to keep an eye out for a non-UK unit - that red blob on one side offends my OCD

There's quite a few of us done this to our blob wagons now. You need to buy a complete unit from a left hand drive car (referred to as Euro spec) as the fog lights are on the opposite side in Europe, so the RHS cluster has a clear lense for the reverse light, all you need then is a red bulb/LED to mimic the fog light.
