Help please guys, I'm trying to bleed my clutch, I've had the piston bit unbolted off the gearbox nipple at highest point, bleed as instructed by a guide on Web,there's no air bubbles coming through my clear pipe on the end of the nipple,so there's no air in the system,
Reassembled and bolted back to the gearbox and pin in the fork, the clutch pedal has say 20/30mm of nothing before I get any clutch pedal feeling, so I'd say I've only got 3 quarters of my cluch pedal?? Please help

 

check the adjustment at the pedal end (turn the rod until its tight to rule it out). otherwise after that your looking at leak in cylinder or piston.

 

There's no dripping or fluid loss, I've been pumping the clutch so it putting good pressure,cheers for the reply Dj Il update tomo had enough of the car for today

 

Hold the piston back in the slave cylinder with a clamp and bleed again with the cylinder raised as high as you can.

 

i cracked it in the end had to turn the adjuster pedal end slightly, done what you said there after trying to bleed it still bolted on, its all a learning curve and i know for next time now

 

 

I have 't2' on my Subaru diff. what does this mean

 

T1 = 3.900 (manual transmission)
T2 = 4.111 (automatic transimission)
