SCO,

My Dad owns a body shop in Dundee.

He does work for various main dealers in the town (Volvo, Daihatsu, Mazda etc. and occasional work for the Honda and BMW Dealers) so hopefully that means he can put out a decent job.

I would recommend going to see him for a price, it might not be the cheapest option but it would be one of the best for quaility of repair.

Obviously I'm biased but if you are interested then drop me a line and I'll give you address of the workshop.

Chris

Hi all

I have some chips and scratches... could keep getting them fixed by the dealer, but probably more economic if i deal with them myself...

what should I get and do to do them?

Mark, are there some Wax Wizard products I could use to either smooth over the chips, or use to blend in any patched up chips.

How much would it be to get a respray done of parts of the car? A sensible option?

or just leave it all...?

Wink

Scraches and swirls I can provide you with something relevant. However the chips need to be filled with paint etc. maybe a re-paint would be quickest and easiest option for you although the most costly. if you would like info on how to deal with chips, pse email me and I'll oblige.
