I'm running motul 300 in the box and 90pa in the rear diff if that's helps

ran millers crx 75w140nt on my old one, thinking of redline for the new one when I switch to the 6 speed box

I'd use the Motul Gear 300 in the gearbox.

The diff needs a SAE90 LSD oil, like the Fuchs Titan Race Gear 90LS, Shell TS90, Castrol Axle Z or Motul 90PA.

With the STi boxes, we've never had anyone report a problem that has used the Gear 300. In fairness, I think there was only one problem each with the Red Line 75w-90NS and Millers CRX (and I think the one with the CRX wasn't being completely honest).
