So when do you think this almighty crash you keep on talking about is actually going to happen. and more importantly what will be the consequences of it?

Well, we've now overtaken France as the fifth largest economy in the world. (ahem, after drugs and prostitution are taken into account)

How on Earth do they factor in cash industries like those two? It has to be a guestimate at best otherwise the drug lords and brothels would be sewn up given someone somewhere has their financials on record.......talk about desperate. All that fudging and not even a podium finish. At least when Johnson, Aggasi, Armstrong etc cheated......they won. Tongue firmly in cheek. But seriously though they won

Besides....even in 5th place we are still 7places behind the economy of Chuck Norris and 13 behind North Korea. Even Tiger Woods is wealthier......with impending divorce taken into account and any outstanding services rendered liabilities he most definitely has no knowledge of but possibly owes.

Where are the doom mongers I wonder telling us how it's all going to collapse around us, unemployment figures are fabricated, inflation fabricated, all Thatchers fault, we're all greedy etc etc etc.

You mean if Millipede gets elected?

Just for the record, I don't currently own shares in anything.

It was one of the big bangs don't know which one exactly 80's/90's Black monday presumably but not sure, he kept the Bentley a small office block and 2 houses so not exactly broke, but it all went down hill from there and he ended up in a warden aided council place where he died.

I'd never bet the house on shares and thankfully so given my track record

I only invest an amount that would upset me if I lost it all but not bankrupt me. So small amounts really.

Well we can't be doing too badly according to your theory as the FTSE 100 closed at an all time high of 7022.51.
