Wow things are not looking good for me. My company car goes back in a couple of months so I planning on picking up a late blobeye with DCCD. A couple of years ago I sold my 2006 Blob STI with all the usual stage 1 mods, remap, new belts etc... and only 60k miles for less than £8k. Prices seem to have shot up.

Price of evos seems to have come down.... oops did i say that

Exactly pal, the demand for a low tax widetrack blob is such that there's seem to have held their value better than other models. But the time of year, weather and the fact some new models (unforged hawks etc) are selling for less money they are not selling well at the min. Hold out for a bit pal when the weathers better and people have recovered from Xmas etc, if it's a good one it will sell

Sorry to hear your just not having much luck at all, I did look at several before finding the one I have now and admittedly a couple were poor but at least two others were very good, one I only diddnt but because I diddnt want silver and te other was a 56 plate big tax model. So keep the faith they are out there, keep the the faith

Very difficult to find a decent widetrack , I was looking for 6 months and found one last week after viewing 8 or 9 cars , in the end I found the following

2005 sti type uk ppp
67k
Full history
Black

£8150 with 12 month mot and 10 months tax

Keep looking mate , there out there but good ones are hard to find , once you have a good one though it's going to be about as good as an investment you can get when buying a new age scoob, holding values very well if not going up

Marcus, have you clocked this thread yet?!

https://www.scoobynet.com/subaru-444/983045-2006-subaru-impreza-wrx-sti-version9-widetrack-typeuk-black.html

Exactly to your requirements! And I'm sure you could get it for 9k - or even less.
