Hi guys,

Can I have some prices for 205/50 16's (summers), looking at Kuhmo, Toyo or Vredestein offerings, and any others of good quality at a similar price you can suggest.

Thanks

Can you get trailer tyres?

I' after five Kenda k385 4.00x8" tyres ....
Or Vredstein V54 in the same size

On steel rims with tubes if possible. Best price so far is £33 per tyre or £250 all in. They're for one of these...

Sadly no.... That one isn't mine!

^^^ Wow. I'm so jealous.

Is that actually a pic of your one?

Looks better than new! Has it been a labour of love, nuts & bolts restoration?

Whatever, respect.

Usually around the £10-£15 mark per tyre but garages vary

Not from our usual suppliers, only a 4.00x10. Will try a few more contacts though

FT, would you say the Michelin Pilot Super Sport is a better overall tyre than the PS3?
If so, in which areas is it better, predominantly?

Super Sport has "rip your face off" grip where as the PS3 is more for everyday plodding. The efficiency ratings don't really help here as they both score an A on wetgrip but the SS does come up as being better on fuel.

350/370Z guys love them, as do the Focus RS lot Awesome tyres!

Hi I'm after some tyres to fit 17x9 wheels, around £100 each mark and good in all weather.
I will need all 4 replacing but will have to buy one a month if that's ok.

I am running f1's at moment which I really like but they are 225/45

Baz

Awesome. I like rip your face off grip! lol

Does the PSS come in any of these sizes? (prioritised):

1. 215/40/17
2. 215/45/17

3. 225/35/17
4. 225/40/17

(Re. the above 225s: are these sizes suitable for 7J wide wheels? Or will there be too much sidewall 'bulge'/pressure, present?)

5. 205/45/17
6. 205/40/17

Please post up all of the above sizes/prices that are available, cheers.

Unfortunately the Majority of sizes start at 18", they do however do a 205/45/17 88Y which we can do for £130 each inc postage

Bugger. Losing out on some footprint.

...However, do you reckon their inherent grip will more than compensate for the 5mm less width? (Currently running 215/40/17 Falken FK-452).

Or would it be best to simply get 17" 215mm-wide PS3s?
