mine was fine @ 1.45 bar on my vf35 making 354bhp

 

These are 5/6 ply hoses (eBay ones are generally 4 ply) and these are a harder grade silicone also and certainly don't collapse under vacuum.

 

Scooyworx promote the fact that these hoses do not collapse under vacuum, and when a company declares it on their website, its definitely something to be assured of, I haven't seen another manufacturer do this other than Samco. The hoses on this group buy are also the new design with increased precision in fit.

They are 5/6 ply on the induction hoses (same as Samco), and not the thinner 4 ply commonly found on eBay and various 'online' mail order part companies. The silicone used it also of a higher quality - buy british

Scooyworxs hoses have been tested on a Impreza running 450bhp from Scottish Scoobies and they will running them at 500bhp+ on their demo car.

Hope that puts your mind at rest, I dont think anyone would be dissapointed with the quality, fit, finish and performance at all, even next to a Samco.

As you can see above a few other forum members already run the SW hoses, could always drop them a PM to see if they have any concerns at any point

 

no concerns from me at all,why pay £250 for a samco/perrin when these are just as good in a wider range of colours

 

Trinity I have a map on the 14th, any chance I could get mine before then?

Also need to add an intercooler hose kit. Do they come with clamps/jubilee clips?

Also the airbox hose, (already have a Samco induction hose) does this go inside or outside the induction hose?

Potentially, but we havent made up the numbers yet unfortunately hoping some others will step in now as its post christmas! Have a word with some friends and get them involved

The air box hose I believe goes on the outisde of the induction hose, over the metal sheaf

I will check about the intercooler hoses but I doubt they come with jubilees

Your intercooler kit will take us up to 6, still need four more in for the 20% and 14 more for 25%

Hedgecutter the coolant kit is 15 piece at the price of £149.96 the one you have seen is the 10 piece kit as we didn't have it confirmed all 15 hoses fitted the 05 model but now we have had it confirmed by a customer who bought a set to check.

 

Is the airbox hose in stock? If not I may have to pull out as map is on the 14th.

Also on the website it says its for a 76mm maf pipe, I do not have an induction kit, is this the correct hose for me? Car is a widetrack blob sti.

Did your mapper say it would be needed before the map Just Me? I'm curious as I have replaced mine after mapping on other cars and never had any bother..

 

shouldnt make a difference really,just swap it after the map

 

Yeah to be honest i always say get everything ready for the map but on a air box hose the difference will be negligible on airflow i would have thought. I would check with the mapper doing your car as he is doing the map his opinion is what counts to be honest
