Funny thread this. On a serious note the biggest issue with this place these days (as touched on already) is the influx of new members who can't string a coherent English sentence together and the IQ that comes with that level of writing ability..... that and a few utterly patronising 'Johnny Come Lately's who think they know everything!

I agree with pretty much all of you. The amount of threads I refrain from posting in because the OP can't string a sentence together is increasing almost exponentially.

Mine wasn't badly modified until i had the great idea of putting 60mm wider arches on with 35mm spacers. Now i cant find long enough wheel studs so the rear wheels are lost in the arches! Willing to admit i messed that one up

I will however use your own opinion as a method of determining where you might reside in the Binet Scale of things.
"Funny thread this" - sentences should not start with an adjective. They should also contain a verb and a noun at the very least.
"as touched on already" - the correct expression is "touched upon".
"'Johnny Come Lately's who think they know everything" - there appears to be a 'flying apostrophe' in that phrase - either that or one has been omitted, since the existence of a single apostrophe immediately before "Johnny" means that one should be expected at a later point in order to delineate the phrase or words intended for such, in which case you have written 'Johnny Come Lately' and added a superfluous letter 's'.
I would also add that if the intention was to pluralise 'Johnny come lately' then the correct expression is 'Johnnies come lately' in the same manner as 'Grands Prix', for there is more than one Johnny, not more than one 'Lately'.
A further compounding of the fault is that even then 'Lately', ending with a 'y', should be pluralised as ''Latelies'.
Anyway, I digress.........

Everyone has different tastes, one persons pride and joy is another mans horror.
Unfortunately, and don't take this the wrong way, there are a few guys here who seem hung up on slating other peoples cars.... which although in their clique makes them look clever, is starting to have the opposite effect.
Sure, I look at some peoples cars and think 'WFT!', but I keep my opinions to myself.
I myself am a member of the badly modified Subaru page on Facebook, and I have a chuckle at some of the comments and pictures, but don't add pictures or comment on other peoples pride of joys myself.... as I appreciate all tastes are different.
