Nice to have an official word John, saves a lot of pointless speculation.

Hopefully it should be back by the morning, but this is all new to me so if its not, don't shout! I used to be an Oracle DBA and Unix admin, but last time I did anything computer related was over 10 years ago now.

I'll update the thread when sorted.

cheers

Hey mate, dunno how many files you've re-uploaded/overwrote but your init.php is still showing eval'd code: eval()'d code on line 1

Which usually does mean malicious, not a virus though.

Usually they inject some PHP that basically creates redirects/popups to third party sites when run, more often than not, in many file.

What you'll usually find is LOADS or c**p like this: http://d.pr/i/OCsF

I've just fixed a few client sites that had been injected into 1000+ different files.

The BBS is being moved to another server in the next 7 days, it looks like the server hosts started some of that process tonight, which took the BBS down without telling us that would happen!

It's back again now.

The BBS is now migrated to another server.

It may take up to 48hrs for the DNS to propagate, so if you are having issues connecting to the BBS this should resolve itself, usually fairly quickly.

You could also add the following to your hosts file:

62.233.121.38 bbs.22b.com

cheers
