biggest load of bull i have heard in long time, your telling me that you never given it some at the lights with another car next to you?
Also any car can have a race, being 1L corsa to porsche 911, chav image is not just scooby, it alot of cars it just the classic was out when big body kits ect were out giving the car the bad image and it always stayed in peoples heads.
So every person on here who had little duel at lights on public road is an idiot then? You must have alot of friends on here?
I used have bugeye STi prodrive PPP and was beaten by Standard Corsa VXR(192BHP), before anyone says it the driver, i race part time and until i got too 4th gear the corsa pulled on me,
Thing is the cars now getting old so they lose BHP, Power to weight ratio and all that transmission loss. Modern hatchbacks are getting very quick now.
Id can see alot of older cars ``sports cars`` being beaten easy by alot of hot hatchbacks like ST and VXR ect

Hang on your slating idiots on here who give it ago on public roads but now your bragging you got faster than average impreza, thought you sold up? How you know it faster than average impreza, any proof, you raced any?

yes its sold, deposit taken pending fresh mot which it is booked in for at the weekend and awaiting an appointment at my local dvla to get my private plate removed.
the image of the cars has change dramatically in the last few years with road racing hero's or idiots depending how you see it, so i made the decision to sell up and buy something with less of a chav image.
anymore questions?????????????

it was a 450 bhp sti, no i didnt race on the road however it has been down the drag strip several times.
yes its sold, deposit taken pending fresh mot which it is booked in for at the weekend.
