In all fairness my original post was very much subtle, yet straight to the point with an element of sympathy, yet his response was very much irritating and uncalled for.

Although I agree with the above comments, I ain't no Vulture. I said it at least twice that this is not the way to express emotion by jumping on a public forum and start criticising or offending others, which is exactly what Toneh did.

My initial post was maybe undiplomatic, yet straight to the point, yet it had the same content as those above, perhaps just not with the same harmony.


I think some people come on here and post likes its Facebook, expecting all the other people reading the said sympathy style post will generate a positive response. Unlike FB not everyone whom can comment is your friend on SN. HOWEVER some people did reply with compassion, yet the response was kind of personal like.

Again (3rd time) I wish Toneh and his family all the best, but there's no point starting a thread that's just as irritating as the threads or people he wishes to moan about, and again (2nd time) you don't have to read such threads or comments if you find it irritating, disturbing, annoying, or simply pointless.

Being serious I would give you the following advice. If you have perosnal issues right now maybe this isn't the best place to visit (not just SN but any Internet forum) as clearly your responses to people are a little bit OTT to put it mildly. The fact is in time when you look back on a thread like this you will cringe and wonder why you did it. Best not to do it at all. Personal issues need to be worked out with people close to you not a bunch of cyber acquaintances. That's not to say somewhere like SN can't help, but best use it to distract and amuse than to consult and cure if you see what I mean.

As to certain comments you can think what you like about me I really don't care but having a go at some one like Rob is silly! He is a well respected member of the community and has done a lot for the Scoobynet populous! Has he made the odd mistake... yes probaly, but he seems to put things right and is a genuine bloke!

So calm down a bit and let things settle rather than rant on

Tone I have a lot of respect for you and what you've done for others in here. Similarly I respect Rob, he's a genuinely decent bloke who has helped me out on more than one occasion. Chris (f1fan) can be forthright in his opinions but again I respect him and consider him a genuine decent fellow.
I don't think you're going to be having sleepovers with each other any time soon. You've gotten off on the wrong foot and reached the point of no return. It's not edifying to see as I have time for all three of you. But that's life, agree to disagree.
