Just a few pics for now, the car flew through it's VOSA test with not a single advisory.
Only the hurdles of HMRC and the DVLA to get past now...

To say I'm pleased is an understatement, I'm grinning like a village idiot.

I didn't ever doubt that the car would pass first time, I think as a rule the Japanese owners tend to keep their cars in tiptop condition.
Thanks Lee.
I haven't seen it in the flesh yet, but it's really in brilliant condition for an 11 year old car.

I'm steadily getting all the major service bits together, Rich has the patience of a Saint - but nearly there, he can get on with the engine bits and adding the parts off the old engine I'm going to keep for this one.
Getting the uprated ARB's & H brace powder coated and then drop off the front brakes and bits 'n bob's when the engine is in
2 rear tyres and then an MOT to think about !!

Probably one of the rarest Impreza models on the planet.

You know me, never backward in going forward.
Same as on my Spec C by the sounds of it, I hate seeing a cheapie looking switch just 'plonked' into the dash.

Thanks Glenn, we just need to find a S203 now for a photo shoot, just not an S201.
Yes it will be Simon, I bet you will notice the performance having been without the car for a while.

I had some great news yesterday, the importer has already received the necessary paperwork back from HMRC.
So the registration document paperwork has now been completed and will be taken to the DVLA local office in Leeds.
Hopefully they'll be as quick as HMRC and I'll be driving the S202 sooner that I thought.
I should also be receiving some updated pics today after the car has been for a valeting.
