Still no refund yet mate after about 5 weeks of paying for something that never arrived? I know there were issues but i've been asking for a refund for about a week now and you keep stalling to sort it????

 

I'm still waiting for my sti steering wheel from the 26th July, there were problems sending to Spain but were resolved and returned to ship, I have no shipping number and the next day September 3 is the deadline to complain about paypal

 

Make the claim, you can always retract it if anything turns up. He hasn't been on here since the 18th.

Sorry for restarting this thread.
Has anybody else had major issues getting hold of the items you have paid for or obtaining a refund from this scoobynet user?
I paid for the sideskirts on tues 16th july via paypal as requested.
On the 26th july i contacted him to ask where they were, he said other people have received there items and he was unsure what had happened.
He contacted me on the 30th July to say that there were issues with TNT and to ring him, after a phone call he explained the situation about them being unsafely packaged and that they would not send them, he said he would resolve it and get them to me.
I left it about another week before texting to ask where they were, he said that TNT were messing about and he was trying to sort it.
I left it about another week or so and finally contacted him to say i no longer wanted the skirts as they were taking too long to be delivered.
He said he would refund me once TNT confirmed that they would not be sent to me.
I waited approx 1 week before contacting him again and he said that he was struggling to contact the person whos paypal account I paid into (I assumed it was his own)
He said he would get it sorted. I waited another week and contacted asking whats going on, he said he can not get hold of the paypal account holder and would I have a bank transfer I refused to give him my bank details.
I requested that he sent me a cheque deducting the stamp cost, waited another week with no cheque so text him, on the 17th September he emailed me to confirm that he would send me a cheque from his new bank account.
I still have not received this cheque and have contacted him today to ask why with no response.
Its been nearly 13 weeks since I paid and am starting to lose my patience with this scoobynet member.
Any help or advice much appreciated.

unfortunately I have had problems too
26th July i paid him sti steering wheel and din pocket,i only wanted the traking number and never he gived me,the last week,tuesday,he said he would give me the number wednesday,i never have this traking number,i have called Dhl every weeks and never knows anything
this week paypal resolved in my favor
is very sad really,good luck

 

Hi, thanks for the reply, I paid as a gift through paypal as requested by the seller and it seems I am unable to dispute the transaction for this reason makes you think twice about trusting people who at the start seem quite genuine, I wont stop until I get my money back though so i'll keep this updated.

Hi Edward, I have sent multiple texts and tried to ring him, left him voicemails and emailed on here, he has not replied to any of it, he's either gone on holiday using our money or he's screwing us over, did you pay as a gift through paypal as it seems to make disputing it a pain in the ***, i'm going to ring them to explain the situation and see what happens.

 

a new member, low post count , 1 feedback and you sent the money by gift and got ripped off

You live and learn, its not going to stop me from trying to get my money back though.

 

Thing is I've spoke to him on the phone a few times and he's text me when he got back from being away which is weird. If someone scammed some money I wouldn't of thought he be replying to all my texts, checking up on me with the delivery and returning my calls.

 

I know it was all going so well then he emailed mentioning going bankrupt with a business partner and having a new bank account opening which he was going to send the cheque from the next day, this was two weeks ago. He was pretty good at replying and explaining the situation but now its just stopped. I'll keep trying him daily and see where I get, I also emailed the paypal account holder, apparently his business partners account hence the difficulty getting us a refund from that account.

 

I'm going to vouch for this guy...

I don't think front reception were too impressed when a bumper arrived!
