I don't get why people with 3k-4k to spend go looking on ebay?
A cheap run around, then maybe you take your chances, but a scoob?

No way would I be gambling that much on something from ebay.

What's your budget ? What you looking for Sti? Wrx bug or a blob 3-4k will get u a well sorted bug or a blob wrx don't buy a cat d especially one covered in graphics and stick on crap try and find a relatively standard one that u can see has been looked after lots of paper work the seller has owned it a while not a week the market is huge for scoobys don't settle for the first one you see just my 2 cents
