What condition is the rear diff cradle in ie rust wise? Are the lateral links still attached?

I need a rear diff for my uk blob wrx. I need a R160 with 3.54 final drive.....is that what this is? My gearbox code is TY754VN5AA which is obviously differed to yours so don't know if they are compatible?

my diff is r160, there is a website advising what goes with what if that helps i cant remember it but il look, this diff i think is 4.44 as per the box
