Anyone heading round from the Herts/Bucks/M'sex area? Myself and a classic (dale) will be heading around the M25 from J21 bout 6.30 ish if anyone wants to tag along.

 

A few of us (6/7 cars) are meeting at clackets @ 19:30 if you wanna tag along..

Most of us are from SurreyScoobies...with an evo 10 as well.

 

Think I might be being stupid here but am I right in thinking Clackets along the bottom stretch of the M25? We'll be heading across the top and round.

 

gutted im going to miss this !!!!!sold my scoobiw uk 2000 last week and pick my new bugeye up on wednesday ..........so i am temp with out any wheels ....but i will defo be at the essex scooby meet next week to show off my new wheels!!!

Checked BBC weather , weather should be dry for the lakeside meeting, slight chance of a light shower in London later about 11pm

But we'll be blasting the tunnels by then

Yeah been watching the weather pretty closely for last week or two, my prediction is that the weather is going to be crappy right up to this evening but then we should see a break later on with a chance of rain towards the end of the night. Keeping my fingers firmly crossed, I hope it won't affect the turnout as we will be coming regardless.

Really have to stress for everyone to download rons maps of the routes. They were a god send last year, lets not turn it into the farce last year become.

As said prev you will need a few coins for the qe2 bridge a If anyone does get lost I have the maps already set on my garmin so follow me, if spotted of course, silver WRX with Sonic decal on the back.

 

Gonna make an appearance havent done much with you guys for a while :-)

nice one mate as Scott said , take time out to veiw the routes, print off a hard copy for back up, routes were cut and pasted to this thread on page 4

If you don't know the routes ! Or you don't have a printed copy , then you will get lost and you won't have a enjoyable night

As like many ppl last year then blaming me for a badly organised event , sorry but not everyone can follow me , and once we hit the traffic lights of London, that's where you need to where to go !!

That's me out of the tunnel run. Car has decided to **** itself up and not boost properly. Pi$$ed off to say the least

I found half the fun of it last year was getting lost and meeting other people who were also lost and trying to make sense if which way to go.

But will have a least one member of our group with directions tonight.
