Jim's Impreza (Jimpreza?) STI Widetrack
Have you fitted the coilovers yet, interested to see how you feel about them. Been looking into them for 2 months now still unsure if coilovers or to go with shock and lowering springs

Thanks guys! Not fitted the coilovers yet as I'm taking a chilled out approach, just had a holiday, got some other things that require my money before that, but they will be on soon.
Also, thanks for all the kind words!

Hopefully got another few tarty mods to do to it this weekend, along with a service, coilover fitting (finally!), and AS Performance shifter bushes in the next week or so.
I've decided not to get caught up in the dick measuring of the modifying world, or focus too much on any one area such as stance or peak BHP figures and instead build a really good versatile all rounder. One that I can take on a club run and thrash, and the next day let my other half take it to Asda.

Cleaned it today, doing the inside tomorrow. I removed the STI decals on the fog covers as they were stone chipped. Not sure if I like the look! Ill put a pic up tomorrow. When it's light.

Cheers! I used an HKB boss which came with everything needed to fit without the airbag light coming on. But only came with Japanese instructions lol. That was about £70. The snap off boss was about the same but it's about forty times better than the cheap one I had before which was frankly dangerous. The wheel was about £150. It came to just shy of £300 including £10 postage.

Also who made the chip butty? Was it nice?
I need a deep dish rally style steering wheel in my life!
Cheers

Was out in Manchester yesterday so couldn't get it washed/lowered/pics taken. Going to try and wash it if the weather stays fine and maybe get the DSLR out after if I can remember how to use it!
Might throw an Instagram pic up in the meantime!
Also got the best MOT advisory ever

Don't know why I've been holding off with the pics! It's not worth waiting for haha.
Phone pics below:
Lots of tyre soap on the tyres....

Grill is off as I'm debating going debadged. Need to wash it then snap some decent pics.
