Didnt realise that it initially made 773ft lbs!!! Thats scary!!!!!!!!

Is it not better to run a more progressive curve? so slowly past the 600s until much later in the rev range and slow allowing the torque to increase?

Should be an interesting result, should be into the low 10s (maybe even high 9s ) I would hope

Thanks

Only had three runs and all of them had a tough time getting off the line, almost as if had too much grip as very little spin on launch and as it caught traction car bogged. Previously when car had 590bhp managed 11.1 @ 124....with 110bhp more and a more aggressive LC only managed a measly 11.0 @ 130 with slow 1.86 60fts

We need to play with the LC and maybe reduce boost in 1st / 2nd to refine the launch.......the car will run mid 10s at 135, with 18s and some E85 it's a 9.9 @ 140.....the tuner is coming with me next time we go so we'll crack it then!

Mates were also missing their expected times, friend in the Cadillac CTS has 800bhp and drag radials on the rear only managed 11.3s @127 and thats a mid 10 car on a good day. How did you get on?

The torque profile isn't hugely different from when the car had just y-pipe and custom tune. Red line below is stage 2 and black is y-pipe only. Both stock turbos and modified turbos making 600ftlbs at 3k.....yeh sure it's probably a little closer to the limit, but what's life without risks hey?

I'm already getting use to this power, so might have to forge engine and up the boost sooner than scheduled too

Impressive figures Alloy!

Though I'm still only slightly envious.
