As I have said at the start of my thread my husbands engine is going into my classic, but I have run into some problems.First of all which ECU? How do I run the AVCS heads, can I use my manifold or do I have to use the one that comes with my husbands engine.I emailed Carl Davey about the brackets to mate my inlet to AVCS heads, but bad news he does not make them anymore for that application, but I did not leave empty handed I ordered a set of his adapters so that I can run top feed injectors. So after that I was back on the phone again and thanks to (Alyn @ AS Performance)Who made me a prototype bracket I was back on course. Then my husband sourced me a Alcatek ecu but it needed modding and updating to the latest firmware and a add on board to run the AVCS heads,It was sent off to Andrew Leech of Alcatek who sorted it out and a very good job toohere are some pictures more to follow as and when things happen.JEN.

And this is it updated and moded for my car

Here is the brackets that Alyn made me

And my top feed fuel rail conversion from Carl Davey

I love the fact you and Adrian are both running build threads. Great read and can't wait to see this build come along, especially as you have a m plate classic like mine
Great read and keep up the good work

Adrian certainly plans everything out very well. I see your changing the turbo, was there something wrong with the one Adrian was running?
Also I noticed your body kit. Is the car a genuine Tommy kaira or is just a Tommy kaira kit that's been fitted? I don't really like body kits but I do like that front bumper

Just got one of these yesterday from Grimmspeed, its a maf sensor delete as I will be using a Roger Clark induction kit and filter which comes with the space for a maf sensor,so that I can blank this gap off as I will be going mafless when my new ecu is installed and mapped .JEN.
