People saying go pay him a visit isn't the way to sort this, if you're running a business
Visiting someone about your parts etc doesn't not give off the right impression
Should be tried to be resolved like adults if not set up a fight in a underground car park

It's called vicarious liability, he's used the company name so the company has responsibility unless you wish to help this guy out

yep, still only willing to give me £100 even though the geabox was working and the car is now sold.

Im not happy with that and want my £270 to which he replied, ''no, bye''

Still the only address I have is Vauxhall Turbo Spares so sorry Buzball, this is the address I will use.

All the excuses of taking the gearbox out, rebuilding it, lies.

Car is now sold with my gearbox in it and he's still not willing to pay for it

It's sad that there's sh!thouses like this out there, go down the legal route then mate, don't forget to add 8% (i think it is) for each month owing to the bill when you go to small claims court.

Your brother owes you big time on this, you both got the same dad?

Can tell you're a business man, good on you, credit where it's due and all that

How do you figure that out? Your paying so he is still a scammer!
Why can't he reply to this thread? After all he's been on tonight after 10pm, couldn't you told him about this thread?
And there's no talk of oil on Facebook msgs, just that it's all fixed and done.

The more you talk, the more you put your foot init.

Fact- your bro is a scammer and is trying to get away with it, but I'm sure he will pay you instead and keep his head in his ****.

Didn't know there was a limit, just verify account by adding a back up source (bank card) and job done, removes money from bank account anyway so no limits as far as I know.

No worries mate, I had all this bother a few years back with a twin carb setup, which ended up with me going on a 8 hour round trip to sort out people aren't so warrior like without the keyboard!
