This prob won't help but I've bought quite a few things from ironbridge. It does take a good 3 weeks to arrive but you'll be very happy when it does

 

He normally sends you tracking details once stuff is posted - worth dropping Ironbridge a PM

 

Hey buddy, it's a bit hit and miss I'm afraid. Sometimes the items are super fast and sometimes they're super slow. We try to use the service that's the best value so as to keep prices down, the flip side of this is slow delivery sometimes.

Wish I could offer more assistance but I can't. We're still waiting on some tracking numbers also so I'll chase those up tomorrow.

 

Sorry to say not impressed!!! Quality is very good but the alternator cover did not fit correctly and was well out so had to make a bracket up. I received no instructions with the bolt set no replies to e mails and after asking for normal delivery to avoid duty chargess my parts were sent express so I got hit witha extra £26. Not great im afraid!!

 

I can't comment at the mo as I still haven't received the bolt kit lol , I'm sure I'll have it soon though ;-)

Hi there, alternator cover will only fit a Version 3-6 with A/C, installation guide for the alt cover is on our website. We've sold hundreds of these since they were released without any fitment issues so please make sure you are installing this correctly/installing it on the correct model before coming onto the forum and complaining about poor fitment
***EDIT*** please also check you have the OEM bracket attached to the AC compressor, seen here in pic number 3

if this OEM bracket has been removed for any reason, you will have install issues

Just checked your invoice and you are correct about the express shipping, very sorry about this - it did go express instead of economy shipping.

Would you also please supply a copy of your import papers for the 26GBP because we've never heard of the duty being this high on a low priced shipment.

The bolt kit instructions are available via email only, we've had no email from you whatsoever. Please check you're emailing the correct address - rallytechsubaru@gmail.com and not the separate paypal email address.
***EDIT*** we already emailed you both the bolt kit and alternator cover install guides on the 17th and the 19th of March to the email address you have registered on paypal.

Seems there was a email mess up.
Ironbridge has sorted all issues and now I would have no issues with dealing with him or rally tech again.
As I said wss never a quality issue
