ESOC club stand - RallyDay @ Castle Combe 21st September
Are the paid tickets to be issued prior to the date or on the day?
Is it worth a discussion of plan for the day IE who parks where/when and the outline of the day?
Please don't shoot me just some thoughts.

Right so sounds like 5 is the ideal time to set off. Frayz is going down Friday so his plan was to give me the tickets to pass out, but that will only work if everyone wants to convoy down, so we need to get the names down of who will definitely convoy please.

I am for the convoy, time is not an issue, I would say leave a agreed meeting point (if in Essex) at 5am to allow for road works/traffic issues etc.

For safety's sake I'll need my tickets before. Quite prepared to send a SAE to Frayz or whoever holds the tickets.(or meet somewhere?) Obviously, this will need to be at least a week before the event.

I see no reason the convoy would go anywhere near Dartford. Going to the M4, the convoy will go northbound anticlockwise will it not?
The north loop is the quickest although don't forget that stupid 50 limit section at the moment.
Making a plan for who parks where may be a bit premature as we don't know whereabouts at the circuit the ESOC has be allocated! Will only get to know when Frayz gets the tickets.

John, you can have the tickets sent to you. Just PM me. I only worry incase they got lost on the way to you or didn't arrive in time

If you Pm me your number I can text you when we leave Brentwood, then I can text you again as we come through the tunnel after the m11. There is a hilton hotel just off jct 26 you could wait by?
