Sorted air lock as best as i thought, rad getting hot fan kicking in, bottom hose getting warm, (them was all cold before) but no heat through heaters....

water is spitting out like mad out of exspansion tank. and boiling on pass coolant tube, but the temp gauge reading half way, so not overheating as such.
