Lets be fair Cook was the master of his own downfall for that one, if only he'd grounded his bat.

2-1 up Never saw that happening, looks like we've found our Mojo again

2-1

Remember they've not lost at that ground since 1991 and the last 2 wins there were by an innings. They've taken a huuuge psychological blow and the cracks are starting to show. Look at the papers

We have a lot to learn, the performance wasn't great despite the result. We lost the tail too quick, failed to take any wickets in the first 86 runs but then we hit the sweet spot and skittled them. Even when it looked like an easy victory we still struggled and it took the weakest batsman the world has EVER seen to save our skin.

Yet ANOTHER career saving innings from the ginge

OK I may have jinxed them with my earlier confidence

Cook is allowed an occasional poor result but for Bell to get yet another is just a disgrace.

KP shouldn't even be in the side.

My biggest concern is what fancy dress to wear to the darts next week.

How can the most boring test be so exciting?

Bad tempered Indians, Cook getting out when he was in, KP leaving a straight ball and ding dong having his career saving innings that we were waiting for.

We've either won this or drawn.

The character they've shown has been nothing short of incredible. Think back to the first test and the previous thrashing by Pakistan. We've dominated this series and surprised everyone in the process.

Watch out Australia

Today I've sorted myself the boxes at the emirates, old Trafford, lords, 6 nations and some horse racing. Busy day at work. Yesterday was at the darts and Tuesday at Prodigy.

In the meantime the boys have got the pyjamas on and forgotten how to play cricket

My first day back at work and away from family and deaths in the family and cookers and washing machines blowing up and fences blowing down.

Just want to add my RIP to Greigy and CMJ, Greig was the first ENG capt I can remember, there was a nice touch at the SCG yesterday for him.

What can you say about CMJ, he's always been there, one of the great voices of Cricket who wil be sorely missed.

RIP both
