Injectors rarely flow the same between short and long opening times, therefore a map for 550cc injectors compared to 650cc injectors is likely to be a totally different shape fuelling wise.
They need setting from monitoring certain ecu parameters and wideband.

If your fuel tables have got 10s or 11s in it shouldn't be running that rich, I personally think you have a maf issue or leaking air as mentioned or your mappers crap but I can imagine a mapper tuning for 9 s

And if that and other things are out of scale your gonna be chasing your tail trying to hit your target afr
To the op , are you mapping the car yourself , its just you seem to have a fair bit of info about what's on the map ?

agreed but unless the mappers a waste of time theres no way hes tuning for 9s, unless as you have said injector scalings way out of the MAF needs scaling which i doubt would make it run 9s unless faulty, to the op post up the rom and ill have a quick look

It does seem that way , but what's throwing a bit of a spanner in the works is in the ops first post he said the issue went and then came back & and in the last post now he's got it to run better ,
Either he's messing ,with the map , or there is another issue (bad maf, leak, ect)
If the map was that bad in the first place it would show , there's also the possibility that some turnip mapped it with a bad 02 , leak , maf Ect and now the op has sorted the fault it's thrown it all out
