if event starts at 11, don't you guys think it's wise to leave a little earlier?
meeting at 10 at beaconsfield, which probably means we leave around 10.15. we will get there 11.15 earliest
i think we should gather around 9.15, and start leaving around 9.30-9.45
just to avoid any/most traffic getting in as well

You all need to have what number you are on the RA forum List and be in the scoob with the numberplate you registered with.
And as a back up you could take the paypal reference or a copy of your paypal transaction. Just to be sure, to be sure.

Only those in the timeline will be allowed in before 11, the rest of us will be parked in number order according to where you are on the list so no need to rush. It'll take less than an hour up the M40 on a Sunday.

It`s approx 50 miles from Beaconsfield to banbury so if we cruise at 50 mph even AWG will be able to keep up maybe
