Just noticed you are runningh a TD05.......I'd ditch the EGT sensor and blank it off, the Airflow and heat from the bigger turbo can lunch the EGT and it ends up in the Turbo...

Hmm, so the turbo will infact EAT the egt ? thus calling it lunch

Sorry dude im in that mood so my advice to all is to log off for the next 24hrs

Anyone know where i can get a blanking plug for the egt sensor hole. as you guys make me worried and i better whip it off the weekend. just need a bung to fill the hole. best shop to buy and what size i need?????

The "Blanking" plug on my Missing EGT looks for all the world like a bolt, nothing special looking about it at all..........

Would this be ok as a bung for the EGT sensor and was I read is the size?

i reused the old sensor . i snipped the probe off and welded the bolt head up . done the trick it looks like
