I have just read this from start to finish and you must of sank a small fortune into making your car look as good as it does, credit to you.
I do think some nice perrin wing stiffies will finish the back end off nicely

Thought about the wing stiffies although bit pricey for what they are
think next job is to black the headlights for a darker look

I currently have a 2.1 CBD with an MD321V / 740 cc lateral injectors and its running 495bhp @1.7 bar on vpower with 410ft lb, but... its pretty laggy -it's at 1 bar by about 4600rpm on the road.
The 2.5 will more than sort that.
Look forward to hearing the end result.
That'll be a great car , CBD + forged = mad low down torque / high top end without the 2.5 weaknesses. 550/550 or maybe more.

Right so a job needing do for a while as the haze in the lights wasn't a great sight up close. With the help of Andy (S555 MKR) and the use of his tools, hard work and oven
this is what we came out with....

My mate Daz said you was there when he was having his car mapped the other day.
Lol I know always said engine was staying standard but you know what I'm like and a ride in yours would defo seal the deal. Will give you a buzz this week have fmic that needs fitting along with inner wing caik.

Yea met daz up at teg with andrew c top lad nice spec on his motor as well, no probs Martin we can fit you I whenever for them bits to be put on, yellow machine might be finalised by then at last
A well built 2.5 with Avcs heads and a md321t would be a good road car for now spool would be great and if you build it with scope creep in mind i.e with decent pistons and rods 11m cossy ultra head studs or 14mm it if budget allows and a decent baffle plate etc, all you then need to do in the future is fit a rotated gt30 and some bigger injectors and it would be a beast
