Right guys bit of an update for you but a bit of disappointment for some of you for a while !

I had full intentions of making these scoops but a friend of mine who also owns an impreza bought a 22b kit at the extortionist price of nearly £900 delivered lol so in good spirit he lent me the kit for 10 days while I made my own and he arranged fitting of his kit !

So as you can see the scoops where put on hold while I did this but I now have a full set of moulds for a classic 93-2000 4 door 22b wide arch kit compromising of

x2 full replacement bolt on wings,
x2 rear door skins
x2 full bond on quarter panels,
x2 sills,
x2 splash guards.

Now he paid £900 delivered but I'm selling these for £475
And I will sell the different parts individual as no one else seems to do this that I'v found so if it's just the front wings you are after or the rear or the splash guard I can accomadate !

If you are still waiting for the scoops don't panic these will be done but I have at least 4 orders from friends in my local area that all want one of these so it may take me a while to get round to these as I can see it being quite popular on eBay considering the cheapest on there is £895

The £475 Is a massive saving as you will see or have seen if youve searched for pne before but the price does not include postage but something could be arranged with a courier by yourself or myself if anyone is interested ? Collection is my preferred method as you are satisfied before you leave and no problems of damage in post/transit

I will start a new thread for this kit so please comment in that one and again I will get round to the scoops and sorry for the delay it wasn't my intention

Problem you now have is alienating those that agreed to this group buy. What time spans are we talking about on the scoops.

Thought he said done this month it is now November 1st... Shame as it sounded perfect but you know what they say if it sounds too good to be true it usually is....

 

i dont think that is the case I think reading between the lines the guy has taken the offer of making the wide body kits to get some income in and I suppose when starting a new business you will go with the bigger definate order first. Most of the stuff we have all looked for are different bits and pieces so making one larger order of the same kit makes business sense even if it slows things for us. Thats my feeling on it anyway.

 

Fair enough I do want to be proven wrong as there are a lot of people out there charging far too much but surely if that is the case then some kind of assurance and timescale would help. I for one would deal with the guy if he comes through as the idea of reproduction at affordable prices is a great thing as per early posts I was myself very keen also to buy a number of bits. Suppose all we can do is wait.

 

You havnt parted with any money so personally I would give the guy a break.
