Can you advise any of your friends who are planning to attend that they need to register on scoobynet and post that they are coming - if not they will be turned away

The second link is not important as somebody has adjusted it.
It's that car cruise one we need rid of as they could turn up with loads like wyc it really needs to be pulled as they are talking about film crews. Report it to Facebook and get it pulled or reply on there in bold big letters as its now getting full and only now accepting handfulls of cars now. And it's invite only.
If we don't stamp on it now it's going to spoil things that are going smoothly

Yes that's cool as long as all cars can remember their number on snet list. Then entry will be fine and then checked in and crossed off so no same numbers or your not coming in.

Yes m8 we have a event page set up and other clubs we r branched to advertising it on there walls with a convoy start time for people to turn up to then all convoys r merging

ok the problem is that the event is approaching its max numbers by just people on scoobynet - other car clubs that have registered with scoobynet that they are attending so can you please spread the word that they need to register on scoobynet for numbers because if your name is not on the list that is on scoobynet the marshals will be turning people away

Ahh, gunna be a slight problem m8 , as we have members tha don't have acces to internet and we text them details . Also we're expecting easy 150-200 to come in convoys from this end buddi , I am putting my self forward buddi for marshals if you need any. Also we have a shed load ov diff cars from evos-skylines-lambos- and much much more

Ok this is a big big problem for organising it, this is why the WYC event was pulled.

We do need marshalls but we also need a good solid list of people who are coming because it is not a cruse it is a meet (well more a car show now really)




Anyone got any ideas about this? Im thinking just get them to register on here so they have an entrance number - any other suggestions?

It's obvious to me that they haven't been keeping up with this thread so that's not our fault it's theirs, it's been said days ago that people NEED to post on here to justify the numbers as its not a massive venue due to the family's requests, if it was bigger then we wouldn't have this problem so it needs stamping out immediately. 150-200 cars is a no go I'm affraid, they should of put that number across to us ages ago, and now it's too late to add that amount. They should of kept updated on the thread.
So bottom line is, so sorry but it's been suggested that they pull the thread as we have loads of the same type of people coming anyway.

Sorry to say it but the site just simply cannot hold another 150-200 cars turning up so as much as i hate saying this you will have to kill the event page and advise people they cant come as they will just be turned away anyway.

As i understand why you want to come and show support for the day we could fit 5-10 cars in but they would have to register on scoobynet and put names down on the list so they have a number - otherwise no access
