Like everyone else, all of us at Viva Potenza forums have been truely touched by this, and we're currently assembling a possible list of attendees on my site. First of all I like to thank the people that keep fixing the list, you know who you are.
And people please keep the list tidy as we may get the numbers wrong at the end and it may not be correct at the end and them more people turn up at the end and then there is no space when arrived. So please please please copy n paste the latest list and add your names to it.

We really need to keep the numbers accurate as possible for insurance purposes.

And also there is enough space now that the Facebook page has been pulled, we can get approx 1000 cars and maybe upto 1500 at a push maybe but not 100% on that, so 1000 for now until we confirm a little more on that.

Also the police has been informed and is ok with it so do NOT contact them as its been sorted.
We are still currently working on the council so will be ok'd soon.

If anyone has or has access to a tannoy/sound vehicle with mic and can offer it please pm me.

If anyone local has a burger van pm please, we have 2 I think but 1 more dosent hurt as I get hungry lol.

And finially if anyone has a nice clean Subaru with a high resolution photo of car professionally done/looks professional and want to offer it for it to go onto a banner the we are creating for zippy and Connor please pm me.

There will be room for at least 1000 cars in the yard, your not looking closely enough and we also have access to another works yard across the road in case numbers are high, then there's always the neighbouring roads.
